Running with Jane

I'm going to be a See Jane Run Ambassador again this year.  I am captain of Team Coffee Run if you want to join us in Wichita next September.    Next month on my other blog (http://www.iamstaceylynn.com ) I will be giving away a free race entry.  I'll post details here when the raffle goes up.

If you're thinking you CAN'T do a half... you're wrong.  If I can do it, pretty much anyone can.  They do also offer a 5k, both a timed one and an untimed one.  You 100% do NOT have to run the whole thing.  Run some, walk some.  You'll get it done.

And there will be chocolate and champagne waiting for you at the finish line!
