Not sure if I will get all my steps in today - or for the rest of the week. I took a nasty spill last night and my knee caught the brunt of the fall. Knee on right side, big toe on left.
I'll find some exercise I can do though. Now that I'm back in the habit, it's harder to miss it than it is to do it. All about the mindset. Go awhile without exercise and it's hard to start. Do it for awhile and missing is almost painful.
