I spend a lot of time knitting and crocheting. That means I spend too much time sitting and that's not good. i agree with the people who say sitting has become a disease in modern society. But I earn money from my knitting and crocheting, so sitting is going to happen. I just have not mastered the ability to do it while standing. Might have to work on that though. For now I am doing 20/2. I set a timer and every 20 min I get up and do 2 min on the treadmill. It's still set on 12% so that 2 min is not always fun. Then I get my drink and go back to work for another 20 min. I still do regular exercise, this does not replace that. It's just meant to keep me from sitting still for too long. I think I may add some weight exercises to that next week.
