Blackberry puree with homemade blackberry whipped cream. OMG I had forgotten how good real whipped cream tastes. And it only takes a few minutes to make. Actually because the servings were small, I'll probably only go to calorie purgatory.
And I did head out for 3 miles. Planned on six but I was tired and nauseous. Thought I was coming down with something but then I realized that it was simply not having eaten enough today. It's a balance between weight loss and eating too little sometimes. I have also been non stop busy today. Laundry, cooking, unpacking, housework. It all adds up to a lot of motion. I did about 30 min of actual workout exercise, but about 4 hours of nonworkout exercise too.
My youngest has decided she wants to do the Big Sur Half with me in November. I'm excited. I love that I can do this stuff with my daughters.
