Days off are hard. I've been forced into them this week. Just feeling off and a little sick. I don't like days off. I feel guilty. I feel like I'm really slacking.
But when I do take the days off I inevitably come back stronger. Muscles need time to recover and even beginners like me can be guilty of over training. I'm not fast but I'm stubborn so I often work harder than my abilities.
Today is my second day off in a row this week. I'm almost better and I should be back on the road tomorrow.
And I will enjoy today as an approved lazy day.
