Only did a mile and it kicked my ass. I've had some health issues so it's been months since I was able to really work out. Problem is that when the workouts stopped the eating didn't. I used to burn so many calories with running and weights that I had to eat a lot. Still ate and now I have to get my butt moving so that there is less of it to move.
But I forced myself out of bed. An hour after I was supposed to - true...but the point is that I did it. Even if it was only a mile, I feel good.
